AHI Properties Rental Assistance Fund

System - Wednesday, April 8, 2020

Our team began thinking of ways we could help out our communities during the COVID-19 Pandemic.  We drafted an email asking our property owners and clients to pitch in and create a Rental Assistance Fund to help those truly in need of rental assistance during this crisis.  We wanted to be proactive and help our residents who have lost their jobs due to the virus.

We have established a goal of $10,000.00 which will be used exclusively to assist those residents who have been directly impacted by the virus to include employer shutdown due to COVID-19, reduction in work hours due to COVID-19, reduction in wages earned/paid due to COVID-19.

During times of crisis our first instinct is to conserve our resources. We’re asking anyone who is able to change that way of thinking during this unique situation. Over the past weeks we’ve witnessed more acts of kindness and that sentiment is spreading through our communities.  People are helping others when they can and are conscious of those around us. It’s a feeling like we’re all in this together!

If you or someone you know are in a position to make a donation -  any amount donated will go a long way in helping to relieve short term stress for some of our neighbors and the people who really make our communities thrive!  No amount is too small as we know this is going to make a big difference, let’s fight this virus together!

Once qualified for assistance we will take the total funds raised on April 19th, 2020 (5:00 p.m.) and disburse them equally amongst the qualified applicants.  You may receive up to 25% of your total monthly rent.  This is a gift from the Current Residents, Owners, Clients, and Friends of AHI Properties.  There is no repayment required for these funds. Our goal is to relieve some of the financial pressure on beneficiaries of the gift during this extremely difficult time.
